Eveline Goodman-Hedtke

For more than ten years, Eveline Goodman has prepared individuals to approach challenging tasks with enthusiasm and ability, pushing them to grow beyond their own boundaries. She is trusted not only by international companies and renowned organizations – public figures too rely on her abilities to deliver results.

Being a world citizen, she intimately understands the meaning of the words, “between the lines,” drawing on her personal and professional experience of juggling different mindsets to see behind the psychological curtains. This background is, however, just the starting point from which she uses her enormous energy to put her ideas and vision into action. She combines her comprehensive academic education (PhDs in Psychology and Neuroscience) with the practical lessons that arise in her life as an internationally-operating executive to deliver success.

Her specialty and passion – is connecting talents and options. Eveline Goodman recognizes potential, links it to tasks and positions, and takes pleasure in regularly overstepping the boundaries of conventional Personnel and Leadership training.

For many years, she has lead workshops, presentations, road shows, and “upskilling” sessions for individuals, companies, and organizations from diverse sectors (real estate, medicine, journalism, among others) – both in German and in English. Tino Richter

Tino Richter knows how to build and lead businesses. For more than twenty years he has worked as an entrepreneur across diverse industries, gaining the expertise and practical know-how to advise others on the ins-and-outs of business ownership, personal development, and business internationalisation.

In addition to owning firms in waste disposal and transport logistics, Tino Richter has developed and implemented outsourcing concepts for several businesses. He has also contributed his experience to the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce since 1998 and currently serves as a voluntary member of its transport committee, as an auditor, and as a member of the audit committee for road haulage. Since 2010 he has also given his service to the Berlin Labour Court’s 24th Professional Chamber.

In his role for EG – IQ & EQ Excellence, Tino Richter calls on his broad skill set to lead coaching sessions on personnel management, change management, and processes related to the internalisation of business, such as shipping and outsourcing. In his coaching sessions, Tino Richter shares not only fundamental, practical lessons but also his unique entrepreneurial take on a wide range of issues.

Corinna Bouwer

Corinna Bouwer is a coach and executive trainer with a diverse array of specialities including Human Resources and executive development. In her professional career she has established HR and development departments in SMEs across Germany, and implemented new systems for performance reviews and interviews to ensure improved communication and feedback techniques that result in a boost in workplace transparency and morale.

In addition, Corinna Bouwer has experience creating and operating customer service departments, successfully achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. She realised this by embedding effective strategies and a performance management approach throughout all organisational levels, with a focus on ensuring top quality customer service while meeting company targets and objectives – undergirded by her belief in the importance of guiding principles and a code of conduct for improved workplace environments.

TRAINING, COACHING, AND COUNSELLING

Corinna Bouwer has developed a unique and proven concept for intensive executive seminars and coaching which has been guiding people and delivering results for more than ten years now. She has delivered seminars on varied topics including negotiating skills and team building techniques, built lasting relationships with blue chip clients (including Lufthansa’s management team), and carried out outplacement projects with a 90% average success rate.
As a qualified therapist, Corinna Bouwer has further worked with families and businesses using systemic therapy techniques.

Akos Sander is a Human Resources executive with more than twenty years of experience in international corporate firms in Europe and around the globe. Since leaving Hungary he has worked in the UK, the Middle East, and India. He currently serves as HR Vice President of Global Supply Chain and NI Business at Schindler Management Ltd.

During this time, Akos Sander has gathered a persuasive mix of leadership skills, real-world experience, and expert knowledge in areas including change management, organisational development, and talent management. He specialises in international leadership , management development, and delivering results in change processes. By spearheading HR projects to grow engagement and improve business performance on a global level, Akos Sander demonstrates strong strategic thinking and future-looking focus in complex matrix organisation environments.

Elise Zhu is an organisational psychologist who puts her training to use as an executive coach, talent assessor, and leadership trainer. She comes to EG – IQ & EQ Excellence with more than a decade of extensive experience helping corporate leaders to successfully navigate the challenges and opportunities of their professional lives. She has also worked with numerous multinational and domestic firms across China and the APAC region, assessing and developing talent in order to build and enhance companies’ overall strength in a competitive marketplace.

Elise Zhu is a pioneer in her field in China, and she is passionate about spreading applied neuroscience knowledge in the area of leadership and management. Her “Neuroscience and Leadership” workshop series is an International Coach Federation accredited Continuing Coach Education programme, highly sought-after by coaches, corporate leaders, and anyone interested in self-growth and development. She frequently delivers keynote speeches on this topic in China, and was one of the few Chinese speakers at the inaugural Neuroscience for Leaders Summit, held in Shanghai in October 2017.

Gunter Büchau

Gunter Büchau is an entrepreneur living his passion for communications. The many firms he has co-founded attest to his talent and experience in the field. He gathered his first communications experience working in the fast-paced music industry, with a small record label and a music agency. After further training and study, he grew his knowledge working as a coach, trainer, and lecturer, vocations that ultimately led him to founding a new communications agency.

Gunter Büchau knows that the key to personnel development is personal development, and he applies this philosophy in every facet of his work. His calm approach and refined eye for the skills and needs of others are central to his approach, whether he is consulting or managing his own companies. He encourages clients to adopt a serene outlook and take the time to consider their underlying values, habits, and motivations. Having a clear understanding of these fundamental driving factors, he believes, is essential for long term success. Helping clients work out how to integrate these fundamentals is Gunter Büchau’s ultimate aim as a consultant.

Amur Li is a professional trainer, facilitator, consultant, and coach specialising in leadership development, team management, operations management, and business skills. He has provided his services to numerous multinational companies, joint-ventures, and local companies in China, and has a reputation for achieving lasting results.

Originally from China, Amur Li holds an MBA from the China Europe International Business School and has a manufacturing background spanning more than 25 years, with diversified expertise in operations, marketing and sales, supply chain, international training, HR, and MIS. His knowledge set includes leadership skills, team management, cross-function and culture communications, business development, operations process optimisation, MIS build-up, anti-dumping, and labour law.

Mila Dorosh is a ICF-certified (ACC) and WABC-certified coach specialising in individual and group coaching for team leaders and high-potential performers. Before and beyond her professional coaching work, she has used coaching in everyday life throughout her career to open the minds of her fellow team members and build impactful and efficient businesses. She has featured as a guest speaker at the American, British, and European Chambers of Commerce and at the Tongji University School of Economics and Management, and is currently serving as part of the leadership team at The Shanghai Coaching Circle and the community organisations associated with Motivate Shanghai.
