Member Training Program: The Neuroscience of Change

This interactive workshop draws on the science of the brain to understand how we process change.

Participants will gain a better understanding of themselves and others around them – as well as how to work in order to generate positive and lasting change. With this new self-knowledge and understanding, participants will become more effective managers, team-members, and leaders.

During the workshop, Eveline Goodman will translate neuroscientific insights into practical, actionable steps. Participants in this workshop will learn how the brain works, how personal change occurs, and how they can use this knowledge to increase their own and their office’s productivity. Regardless of the industry you work in, creating meaningful change begins with understanding yourself, and only then should it involve managing other people – this workshop will provide you with the tools to succeed at each step.

Neuroscience is particularly useful for understanding the differences and similarities between generations and different working styles. Eveline Goodman will explain how managers can adjust their approach to appeal to millennials, and how millennials can become even more effective workers and managers.

  • Identify strengths and weaknesses in your own brain, and draw on neuroplasticity to learn new skills fast while avoiding cognitive bias.
